Called to request an appointment two months ago - waited on the phone for 45 minutes for them to tell me I needed a referral. Got the referral, waited on the phone for another 45 minutes for them to tell me I needed to complete an intake form. Did it right away. It's been two months and I haven't heard back at all. What a horrible way to treat someone who needs psychiatric care.

Called to make a pre op bariatric consult and the guy who answered the phone was SO RUDE and pretty much hung up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Maybe I should go to Virtua for my surgery!
