It's awesome to see that southern hospitality isn't dead! My elderly father and I just had the best customer service experience at a bank ever. We didn't have to wait in line, there was a friendly and helpful employee named Marissa Reyes who helped us out immediately. She was very knowledgeable about all of the finance related questions we had, and even helped us notarize a couple of documents. This was after Chase and Wells Fargo both weren't any help. I highly recommend Amegy Bank, and especially the Wirt Rd location with their amazing team!
