Sure, we can do that! We bake different muffins each day of the week. Best to give us a day or two notice and details about the location, desired delivery time, etc.
They have good sandwiches and sourdough. It is not crunchy

Hello Sheryl, we don't make any specific keto diet items at this time but we have researched a few low-carb/keto bread recipes that we may bake in the future. You may want to look at our breads with the lowest carbohydrate content and remember that we grind wheat each morning and make all of our breads by scratch daily - so these are not high-processed carbohydrates.
Sorry, not at the present time although we have been researching and testing a few different keto recipes.
Each bakery franchise bakes bread suited to their customers from an extensive listing of breads developed by the parent company. If you would like to try something you don't see on their shelves; they may be able to accommodate you.
They make "take out" in bags.
