I have never used this auction company to sell anything, but I recently reached out to them regarding a listing they were running and was disappointed to find that if I couldn’t close the property in 30 days they would keep my $50,000 deposit. Who does that? $50,000 is a lot of money and in my personal opinion it would be wrong to keep someone’s hard earned money over a scenario they can not control. Most property closing failures are a bank thing, not a person thing. Didn’t set well with me. It seems if you are listing with them they do well, but as the buyer-I would proceed with caution. They will keep your money. 1 star because they did at least respond.

We purchased some items using one of their online auctions and drove from Utah to pick up. What a wonderful auction company to deal with! Super friendly people and hey took their time with us and made us feel welcome. In fact, we went back to one of their live onsite auctions. What a great day!! We highly recommend them to everyone!! A 5 star auction company!
