This place is a joke. They also forgot ingredients on our food and forgot an iteam for our order. The soda is not mixed well and it taste more like flavored water.

Can’t complain about the price, but service is SO SLOW. I visit during off hours, when there is no one in the store or in the drive through lane, yet it still takes 6+ employees at least 4 to minutes to acknowledge my existence, and another 5 to assemble my simple order. They sit around a “drink table”, dedicated to themselves. If you’re ownership and reading this, I’d suggest some adjustments.

Worst run fast food restaurant of all time. They can't even turn the menus for the current time of day, it also isn't hard to do that when you close the night before so you are prepared for the next morning. They never seem to be able to order what they need to run their restaurant or get ingredients prepared no matter what day of the week it is. The car in front of of me was told they didn't have some ingredients ready for something and it would be an hour and a half before they could get it ready. I immediately pulled up after the car left and they acted like there was nothing wrong until I specifically asked what the previous car had tried to order to make sure I wasn't going to have an issue as well. I hope this restaurant is costing everyone involved a tremendous amount of money because of how much they don't care.

They are closed for dine in but you can go in and order for carryout. Depending on the staff and how many uber eats and grub hub orders they have they sometimes get stuff mixed up

Each store has different management. Most drive thurs have a 1 800 number post you can call. And web page for the location your speaking about has a number.Be kind ask for the store manager. If they say they are then ask for their name. Full name. Taco Bell as a policy they are to give managers name. If not ask when will Store Manager will be on premises. Then try then. 1800 number will send message to store manager and District Supervisor of that store. You give you phone number and get a call back. Hope this helps.
