Good selections of fruits and vegetables. They all tasted good.

We were headed up to Bogus Basin and happened across the farmers market. Some things we noticed were how attractively the vegetables were displayed and how many gluten-free bakeries were represented. The most interesting thing I saw was a booth that sold unusual mushrooms. And mushroom-growing kits! The name of the company was something like "Ferg's Fungi."

It’s a small market with everything. Many vege and meat vendors. Didn’t see lots of fruit though. A few coffee and food trucks. It’s a good place for family and friends to spend Saturday morning together.

Great selection of everything

Hi there. You can bring a puppy if you carry it. We do not allow dogs to walk through the farmers market. You’re welcome to wait in the grass with one of their owners while the other owner shops, but we would prefer that you leave them home. The pavement is way too hot.
I park just one block North of State street by 8th street. You will find free parking all around that area.

Not yet! Soon, hopefully.
Hi there! We will open at the end of the month as a drive-thru market. Our covid safely precautions are strict - you can read them here: https://theboisefarmersmarket.com/precautions We are planning to open as a regular walk-around market later in the summer as soon as our board, staff and vendors feel it's safe. Probably July-ish.
Hi, Jacquee! We are a drive-thru farmers market at this time. You order online on Tuesday and Wednesday, reserve a time to pick up, then come by on Saturday, at the time you reserved, to pick up your order. Thank you!
Our BFM Drive-Thru Outdoor market closes on October 31st. Our winter market (Drive-Thru outside Payette Brewing) will open the following Saturday (1st Saturday in November) and will be open until the Saturday before Christmas. Then we take a break.
We are only open as a drive-thru. There won't be anything on-site to buy. Shoppers order Tuesday/Wednesday for Saturday pickup. There is no walk-around market at this time. More info here: https://theboisefarmersmarket.com/bfmdrivethru
They do accept the tokens exchanged for food stamps.
Hi, Laura! We are open outdoors, from 9 until 1, every Saturday from the 1st Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October.
Go to their website.
Yes. You wilk need to fill out a Vendor Application and pay a fee first
Yes Cost to vendors but free for customers to enter
By car of course, unless you live close to downtown or in a walkable distance to the market. If you are concerned about parking, there is a parking garage right across the street from the market which is really convenient and easily accessible, Hope this helps you.
April 7th through October, there is also an indoor winter market.
It goes year round, in the winter it goes indoor. They have a website too.
