I only drop off here but it's been fantastic service everytime. They have gone out of their way to help me with non routine requests on multiple occasions. I don't know what the other reviews are talking about to be honest.

Terrible. My package has been sitting at their facility for two days. Customer service is useless. No one seems to know anything going on in this facility. Avoid using at all costs. Update. The ups tracking url said my package arrived on 16-Sep. Now it’s saying it’s in Kentucky. It’s 19-Sep and I’m in Idaho. Customer service is still useless. I’m trying to file a claim but it asks for a serial number to the phone I don’t have since my package is missing. Sonar I don’t have the serial number I can’t file the claim. Pretty scummy UPS.

The absolute worst ups! Paid the fee for garunteed delivery for 12noon had to jump through hoops to find out the loader/dispatcher put package on wrong truck. Obviously according to rest of these reviews its a constant issue. 5hrs late i took a half a day pay to handle this today waiting on this important package now your corprate is gonna have to pay lost wages at 40$an hr

Depending your location but go to nearest actual ups warehouse and they have a customer service office. And you may be able to even call. Location in nampa and boise.
Hi, some of our Customer Centers have only one entrance for our vehicles and customers. Please feel free to enter our facility and ask one of our personnel or security and they will be able to direct you to our counters. -Kim
