Shari is very friendly and knowledgeable. She has been very helpful with design choices. Too bad the rest of the build was a nightmare. 5 superintendents later we finally finished. Still waiting for items on the walk thru from August to be addressed. Communication is definitely not something Adair is good with.

UPDATE#2 Wendy returned our call & Anton from Better Flooring is to come and do repairs but we haven't received a call to schedule for another warranty repair we have. However Anton did a great job on a previous warranty repair on some hardwood flooring pieces. UPDATE: Wendy from Adair left a message to call back and we did and she's not returning our calls, even though we left voicemail messages on 03/02 & 03/04...... Been in our home since July 2020 and needed repairs have not been completed, we let them know during the warranty period and nothing. They said it was due to COVID restrictions at first but they’ve been building other homes and never got back to us. The Covid excuse no longer exists. They asked for proof of a complaints and to this day haven’t heard back.
