A must when in Koosharem. Food is good. Atmosphere is a very small town feel. It's obviously not a big city five star silver and china restaurant but it is definitely worth the food and visit.

Had an amazing time at this cafe in the small town of Koosharem UT. We happened to stay at an Airbnb across the street and therefore had the opportunity to have several meals at this cafe. The pancakes were large and fluffy and the French toast with powdered sugar (on the side) was tasty. The Koosharem burger was delicious and the homemade pie had a light flaky crust with nicely cooked apples and was not too sweet. We did not try any of their soups until the last day and expect that was a mistake as we had the taco soup for lunch as we headed out and it was the best soup we have ever had. We also enjoyed hot chocolate, lemonade, and the malts! Having breakfast the first morning we had a great time eating the wonderful food and getting to talk with a local that drove in on his ATV to get one of their creamy malts for him and his dog. The town and cafe were the small feel and hospitality we were hoping for when we booked our trip and it did not disappoint. In addition to the great food, being in town for 3 days, we also were lucky enough to get know the family who own and operate the cafe. In a year where it sometimes has felt like the country is tearing itself apart it was nice to meet these warm and friendly folks that treated us like family every time we came in. I can definitely say we will be back to this small town as we are already missing the atmosphere, friendship, and food!

If you're passing through this is probably one of the best road side stops. Don't settle for gas station food! My husband and I were on a road trip across the country and had just left Bryce Canyon. The food around Bryce was AWFUL. So much so we skipped breakfast and just got on the road. By noon we saw the little faded billboard offering homemade soup and sandwiches entering Koosharem. Home cooked food sounded amazing. We were not disappointed. The diner is old and cute, everyone seems to know everyone in this little town like it's still 1970. We had two bacon cheese burgers and a slice of apple pie. Everything was DELICIOUS. Burgers can mess up my husband's stomach because many are too greasy. This place had absolutely perfect burgers with a good meaty patty, tons of bacon, and a tomato that had actual flavor. This food was beyond our expectations. I really wish the new owners of this establishment the best.

Popular destination for travellers en route to Moab or Bryce Canyon depending on which way you're going. A lot of menu options for a local cafe in the rural area. Probably will be your best bet for food if you're on the long trek across Utah. Server was super nice and the food was decent for its price.
