Professional, clean, and state-of-the-art facility. Great staff as well.

Visited the range a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the atmosphere overall. Clean, well kept range, nice size retail space. All the staff were friendly and helpful. decided to take an AR intro class, and the two instructors were great!! They treated everyone fairly and equally , they took their time explaining the information that they presented. I do wish the class went a little further into the AR parts like the breakdown of the BCG, stripping an upper..etc. But for an intro class overall it was good, the range portion was also beginner friendly; for people who never shot before the instructors seemed to do a good job with them. I had a little experience and they helped me with sighting in and other things to look for to improve my shooting. They kept the class very basic which is great for someone very green to the AR platform. Definitely will be looking to take Level II with them.

I had a shooting lesson with Ray Holcomb and cannot say enough how worthwhile the experience was. In just 1 hour, he fundamentally changed the way i will shoot forever. I will definitely be back for more lessons with Ray.

Fred was awesome! Highly recommend 1st shot. Never knew a thing, walked out feeling way more educated and competent. Going back for 2nd shot ASAP!

They are very expensive in my opinion for a husband and wife. $600. Target Masters is $300
You are able to obtain a Concealed Carry permit here. However, there are requirements that need to be met. Visit their website and travel the navigation bar as follows: Events> Training> Concealed Carry.
You do not need a gun licence to purchase a gun.. You do need an ID and have to get a Federal back ground check. This is all handled at your local FFL dealer (gun shop). If you plan to conceal carry your firearm, then you need to follow your local laws and requirements. These vary from state to state and even city to city. You can get more accurate information at your local gun shop. Transporting your fire arm also has some requirements depending on where you are. Especially in cities. Take care to follow the correct procedures. Ask at your local gun shop for more accurate information and consider take a class to better handle your gun during transportation. Be aware of different requirements in different states during visits to other states.
Yes TSS has an awesome indoor range. They also have A LOT of different guns you can use at the range. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Really one of my favorite places to visit! I have a membership and it is well worth it!
No
So long as you don't use bi-metal ammo in it, yes.
No
They are open v-day sorry so late but I hope You went. Lol They do specials & there are a ton of couples! If You didn't go last Feburary...... go this February!
Depends on what you're doing. Ammo is the main deciding factor. If you go in planning to spend a $100/person you'll have a great time. It can be done for less, or you could spend more.
No disrespect Mr Genrty but my Umarex Hammer( with a 550 grain slug) is making over 700 foot pounds of energy enough to kill deer with a heart shot no problem it is not a paintball gun not even close. I only get 3 shots with it and it shoots slugs not pellets has way to much energy to shoot in any urban situation. You should check out YouTube for a second and see what i mean.
They have guns that you can rent their I don't know what kind exactly you just don't you go need to schedule an appointment they have a case that you can select
An assortment of rifles in various calibers, same goes for handguns. The rental guns usually have newer firearms (made in the last few years) and the classics available. I don't remember if they had shotguns, but likely they do.
Dont think so. Firearms only and they dont do smithing either.
By yourself? 18
If appropriately supervised and proper precautions, vision and hearing protection. my personal opinion is that it would never be safe to bring anyone much under 10 unless it is a tutoring session.
They are modern sporting rifles. Don't let the b.s. media trick you. The "AR" stands for ARMALITE who originally made the AR 15 and AR 10. I think what you may be asking is if you can shoot fully auto machine guns there along with semi auto and yes you can shoot both. It's a great place and you should check it out. They offer many courses that are great. Remember MODERN SPORTING RIFLE....Ha ha. The term assault rifle was made up by the anti gun media. Makes it sounds "scary" too some.
Yes you can bring your own firearms and ammo
18 i think , but not sure , i would call them
You cannot legally purchase a firearm in person in a state you are not a resident of. It would have to be shipped to your home state where an FFL holder would complete the background check. Then there is the separate issue of transporting across state lines to shoot at a range where you don’t live. There are many regulations you need to look up with the ATF.
Range time is $20 per person per hour and weapons can be rented for $10 an hour one weapon at a time and $20 an hour multiple weapons at a time. In the middle of an hour weapon rental the weapon can be switched for a different one as needed but only one weapon at a time is allowed on the Range when renting with the one weapon option. Two weapons if you rent with the two weapon option etcetera. By the way nice range rarely have a wait on weekdays.
You can only reserve a lane as a member or as a group. Groups need to reserve 5 lanes minimum far in advance. Members need to reserve 24 hours in advance. The longest we have waited for a lane, on a busy weekend day, was 35 to 40 min. If it is your first time, make sure you have the waiver forms filled out, and watched the video in the class room (by the door), before stepping in line. This will save you a lot of time.
No, but there is a safety video to watch your first time
I don't see any reason why you couldn't shoot air pistols, obviously the range is longer than 10 meters. However I wouldn't recommend doing this because of noise, you probably won't be able to concentrate very well.
Locally there is an Oxford gun club about 15 miles away, but not affiliated with tss. I suggest you look up nra-ila, huge org and many of the members meet from the local area.
The only ammo restriction i believe is no steel core and must be brass cased
Also, enroll in a class (check TSS or Targetmasters) it'll have all the info and forms u need. There's usually classroom time and range time for qualification. Good luck.
