I give quest escalation department A1 because I talked to Latoya D today and she become very unprofessional on the phone to the point she was singing as if I was stupid and trying to make a point to me as if I was retarded in a singing way and then I told her excuse me ma’am you are being very unprofessional then she would mute me and I would tell her excuse me ma’am you’re being very unprofessional and I don’t deserve this and then she apology I did let her know I didn’t accept her verbal apology because I don’t she caused me anxiety and I don’t appreciate that it’s not a very good feeling I’m not stupid and I didn’t appreciate being sung at as if I was so my personal opinion for Latoya D in the escalation department would be that she needs a step down she’s not fit for her job if that’s makes her feel good to make people feel like she made me feel today on April 13, 2022 and I do hope when the review is looked at but the recording is looked at and listen to so that something can be done about this because she knows who I am I gave her my name several times and I’m sure I’m not the only person she’s done this too but it might’ve been the only person she done at two today because I did let her know I was reporting her Bobbi

The person that came to the door.. had to much of a serious face with expression no smile. the lab paperwork was fax. She sent me back to the lobby and told me call you doctor, we have no paperwork.finally they called me . Anyone that work with people should always have a smile or happy,know matter how their day is.

I love how the nurses are so friendly, am a baby when it comes to needles and the nurse made me feel comfortable didn’t even feel the needle go in or out. Amazing job nurse
