Well my hubby and I went in for supper, and I was totally shocked to see that they had eliminated the buffet! So we ordered chicken sandwiches, and the chicken was dry. And a little cup of coleslaw was $2.59 a piece! Needless to say, we won't be going back to their establishment. 🙄

I get the same thing every single time I go to hermitage KFC. Classic chicken sandwich extra pickles add shredded cheese and a ranch packet at the window. NEVER disappointed. Hermitage KFC is always on point. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Today I had some fried chicken made in heaven. Maybe I'm partial to chicken because I was raised on it. Either way it was delicious 😋. The mash potatoes with dark gravy was terrific along with the handmade biscuit. Had a sweet tea which had a little to much sugar but overall GREAT 👍:-)

Not to my knowledge. I believe they got rid of it. Its one of my husband's favorite flavors and last time he asked they said that flavor had been discontinued.
I haven't noticed any specific actions other than they have spaced sections at check out but they also advertise a buffet I noticed some wear masks some ppl don't but for most part they seem to that is all I know.
