A very spacious campsite that is only $8 per night. Also a great place for horses. Not enough bear boxes for the large number of campsites. I'll definitely come again in the future.

Overall the campground is pretty but there's no direct access to a lake or river. Even if this is an equestrian campsite the sites do not smell like manuer. However, there is only one vault toilet for MULTIPLE campsites and the toilet gets dirty and smelly fast and there's always a big line.

Beautiful campground. There are plenty of walking trails. Water spigots vault toilets garbage dumpsters and cans fire ring and picnic table all for $8 WOW what a great deal at a amazing place

Our 33' rv was more than welcome amongst all the equestrian trailers & campers. It was quite nice to be surrounded by horses instead of annoying yippy pups. There were many fine canines who had the run of the place and all in all, a terrific camping adventure. (N.B.: Memorial Day weekend 2022 is a popular equestrian event that is booked months in advance; other than that time it is relatively easy to book a spot.)
