Been going here for years. Every time I shop I swear the customer service just gets worse and worse. Every time it’s a struggle to get one of the employees to unlock the changing room doors. Today I had an armful I clothes I was probably gonna buy and I stood waiting for a several minutes. Made eye contact with quite a few employees who rolled their eyes. two were just standing the back chatting. I understand it can be busy but Not one acknowledged me or said they’d be over in a minute. So I just took everything and put it on the take back rack and walked out. The lady who went thought my basket of clothes I brought was super rude and acted like me bringing in stuff to sell was an inconvenience, sorry but if no one brought in stuff you’d have nothing to sell. Won’t come back here, I’ll drive 20 minutes out of my way to the next Plato’s.

Super disappointed in the management here. We are frequent buyers and often buy off Instagram. Placed a hold on a pair of pants and the next day was told to pick up by 8 pm when they closed. We were picking up a different hold item the next day so my daughter messaged them through Insta which is the mode of communication for the holds and said we couldn’t be there that night but would pick them up the next morning. No response and when we arrived the next morning, the pants were there but they would not allow her to purchase because they had already passed the hold to someone else. Who may or may not show up. But never any response to her message. If they would have responded that they would not hold to the next morning we could have made an extra trip. What’s the difference in a time deadline from the time you close until you open the next day? We’ve never had a problem getting items the next morning when communicating in advance. And the manager was rude about it. Not good customer service.

Hi Diana! You can return it to any location in the Cincinnati and Dayton area! Beyond that, you should be able to return it at any location, but all locations are individually owned so I can’t guarantee what their return policy is.

Guys jeans and shirts are also in high demand right now if you have any to sell. We are fast and convenient- we pay cash on the spot and our wait time is usually no more than 20 minutes. Much easier than an app or online - no waiting, no fees and no annoying trip to the post office 😊
Hello, thanks for asking! Masks are required for all customers and employees, and we have reduced store capacity to allow for social distance. We also have social distance markers throughout the store. We perform wellness checks at the beginning of each shift, and have increased cleaning checklists. We also offer curbside services.
