Went in to buy some filters and chemicals, older lady working was wearing her mask below her nose the whole time. She was with a customer, no problem I waited for a few minutes and she came over. I brought my manual hoping to buy filters she said she couldn’t help me figure it out. I said ok no problem here is a photo-she said can’t help you I need measurements. I said ok no problem my husband is home I’ll call him. Then she said she was too busy and could I just come back later. No lady I drove into town for this reason only. I’ve rarely felt so unwanted in a place I’m trying to spend money at. With her attitude I felt unwelcome and decided to spend my money somewhere else.
