I canceled my membership in February 2022, and they continued to charge me for months, they have been charging me automatically to my bank account and supposedly my membership was already cancelled, I had not realized that they were still charging me, until this month I was charged the annual fee. Terrible customer service, they did not want to make me a refund of the improper charge that they have made me, that is a total robbery.

Your best bet is to go past the minimum sign up and get the mid tier membership. It's a great value. Calling a sales representative will give you better details!
It depends... Cheapest is $10 per month for the basic membership and $49 per year. The most expensive is $30 per month plus $49 per year.
You have to cancel at the front desk. Do it at least 15 days before they charge your card. If you don't cancel properly they will keep charging your bank.
