I'm actually from out of town so I searched all over google for a couple of days before I choose Monticello, which was an awesome choice! Surprisingly I ended up getting the owner as my esthetician to do my facial, and man was she awesome! She was super polite, very welcoming (the whole crew as soon as you walk in the door is very welcoming), and very very knowledgeable! The spa bed was very comfortable, and the environment is very relaxing in your spa room. The owner took her time walking me through every step of the facial, providing good information, and the facial felt like 2 hours! It was wonderful!! She did not rush at all and did the best job! Now I know a lot of people come out of facials and hate how sticky full of product their faces are, and I came out with my skin feeling so good, smooth and rejuvenated! They have so many products to choose from, and she explained every product I asked about and also her recommendations. I love that she explained the product, told me the price and moved on. She didnt make me feel like I had to buy a product, she just simply recommended them. It was very nice, and she gave me some samples to try at home. Overall great experience, and highly recommend Monticello!

Got my hair done here years ago and I was asked today to write a review. I had my hair done by I believe Sarah (that’s how great she was if I remembered her name correctly LOL). She did an awesome job on my color correction and highlights! I haven’t gone anywhere to get my hair dyed since. She set some really high standards. :)
