The pharmacy is always backed up whether you're inside or in the drive thru. I have waited in line for almost an hour more than once.

Horrible service at pharmacy...they put you on hold time after time only to show up in person minutes after and find out they are not as busy as they make it seem!!!!

highly suggest NOT ordering delivery. went to get toiletries for work retreat, and store wouldnt substitute items saying they had not a single toothbrush apparently. they sent 2 orders instead of one and charged both. apparently they dont even deliver inhouse, so its sourced to doordash. that means your going to call SEVEN different people all claiming its another dept, still waiting on order or refund 5 hours later.

Weak customer service, long script waits an unsanitary instore and outdoor environment. Shame on this location an their staff. Be better for yourself an your customers. I am astonished the WG down the road is, significantly more sufficient an positive when I visit won't be back here. Yo Familia A hard time is free here lol 😔🤣

Does this store have a atm. I get tired of driving over Houston. Every store doesn't have a atm.

What time does the drugstore close

As far as I know, they close too often now, an hour here, half an hour there, for the most ridiculous reasons. Walgreens gained such a large market share, due in large part to the Ubiquity of its twenty-four hour pharmacies. Really, I'm talking about Houston having no less than 30 twenty-four hour Walgreen locations in 2001. They didn't have stores closing because they weren't making enough, on the contrary, they have been posting record profits year after year. They just discovered that it was more expensive to care for them. It's much cheaper to treat them like junk, as their only real competition, "Eckerd's," did just that when Walgreens was America's trusted pharmacy. Eckerd's is no more, as of 2005. Time for more antitrust legislation!
