I just came home from Texas and am truly amazed at how immaculate this hotel was! Since Covid I know standards above anything else the cleaning standards have diminished. Not here! From the time I walked in the guest services representative was kind and professional. I tried to tip her and and she refused it. The lobby smells so fresh and clean. The air freshener in the lobby is a great choice and lets you know youve come to the right place. The room was spotless! Bed=perfect! The amenities were good too. Overall I loved loved loved my room and enjoyed my stay . Will definitely return

The room was nice but the parking cost me my catalytic converter. There are no cameras covering the parking by the front entrance. No signs saying as much either. No response from Corporate either. Edit: If the lack of security/surveillance is "out of hotel control" then it would be something that should be noted on the parking form I signed.

Excellent stay. Very clean room, updated and modern feel. Good service and convenient location. Comfortable bed with quality linens. Ample free parking.

There is restaurants in the Sheraton and Hilton, also a decent pizza place on the west side on jfk, they also have other foods, was good both times we did take out. Mr G,s is about 3 miles down 8 next to Hyatt place, it's good for steaks etc.
They have a pantry at the location and they also have a small restaurant that serves hot and cold food items. You can also get alcoholic beverages as well
