I scheduled an appointment with the automotive department only availability was for 3pm. A bit inconvenient but my vehicle required. However the day of my appointment I received a call offering me an earlier appointment which worked out perfect for me. I arrived + was greeted by John with a smile and great attitude! He proceeded to check me in, explain the process in detail. Allowing me to shop comfortably. Overall I was extremely satisfied not only the service I received but the staff as well in particular, John. Thank you!

So far, I've been able to find everything I've needed there. The warehouse is really clean and well stocked, and the associates are friendly and helpful. The only problem I've encountered was with an outside vendor who was staked out near the electronics department, asking people about their electric service. The guy was REALLY aggressive with me. I told him who my electric provider is, but I told him that I wasn't interested in switching. Rather than just saying "thank you", he began to follow me down the aisles asking me more questions and asking me how I know I'm getting a better deal. I kept telling him I didn't come to Sam's to switch my electric provider, but he acted angry towards me, and he just wouldn't stop. I finally just walked away as fast as I could and left him standing there. The management really needs to keep those people in check. I've never had one act so aggressive before. It was to the point of harassment. When I go back again, I'll make sure that I don't walk anywhere near where those people are standing.

I work for a company with perks! Great perks!! And I got an email for a Sam’s card. So I filled out the information on line and boom I came in today less than 5 minutes i got my card. I waited longer trying to get an icee and pretzel than I did to get my card! Awesome job Sam’s. Store was clean, busy of course. I LOVE THIS PRETZEL!!

Go to the customer service counter reguest a membership. There's two cards , the basic allows you to shop regular hours for 40.00 and the plus let's you get in an hour earlier and builds cash which is redeemable for purchases or renewal. It's 100.00 .
You can go in monday through sunday from open to close just Google the number of the one near you to get the hours of operations.
