The food is standard and done well enough, but the drive through service can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are on their game and you can get through with no issues, but mostly they are slow, mumbling, and forgetful - look, guys, napkins are really not optional! Management needs to do some more training to up the drive through game at this location.

Every time I come here the food takes over 30 minutes to prepare. Even when using the app and placing a mobile order I am waiting for over 30 minutes. I am convinced this is literally the worst whataburger ever. I am going to start going to the one an extra 5 minutes away because this is so annoying, especially when watching 40 people go through a chick-fil-a line while waiting on my food.

I was really impressed with how efficient and fast this location was !! Drive thru had both lanes full and I only spent maybe 10 minutes in line for my food !! No problems with ordering and no issues when I got my food !!

Normally I love Whataburger. Not a good experience today. 4 employees talking at register area and nobody acknowledged me until I said something. Other customer apparently had order lost and then given wrong food. Another couple was missing …
