Waited in line for 30 minutes to get a change of address packet. However the lady was very rude when she stated they only have two left and needed to make copies or wait for a shipment. Okay…. But can I have one sense you have two? The answers was a hard no. Okay so can you make copies? A no with a laugh that time. Which it’s whatever if she can’t and clearly they are busy but like come on no need to mean that’s just unnecessary.

I moved to an apartment complex that’s new and just in this month, 3 packages have been marked as delivered but weren’t in my mailbox. New housing happens all the time in Bozeman, my neighbors are having the same issue. Figure it out, I’m sick of asking them for help and getting nothing. Edit: It’s a few months later and I now have to go into the post office every. single. week. Packages say delivered but aren’t in my box or the tracking says “waiting for delivery scan” - either way after standing in line for 15 mins, I’m told to just wait. It’s been weeks for several packages. Luckily there’s one employee in there that actually fills out a form for me and just like magic I have my packages that day! And then the next day a package that’s out for delivery never makes it to me and the cycle starts over.

Only if you have a PO Box and your package is in a parcel locker.
Mid morning or mid afternoon are best, like the courthouse (DMV), if you need to do passport application make appt online.
Hours changed 9:00 am to 2pm appt. Needed. To schedule appointment go to USPS.com/scheduler. Need to get confirmation to set appt. Time.
Could be several reasons, even with a correct box #. Incorrect zip code is one common reason. Sometimes PO boxes are closed for non-payment. Also, make sure the last name of the recipient is on any piece of mail you send. Finally, you can always call the Post office of the recipient and have them check the status of the box.
Yes you can. Call beforehand to check on passport office hours (which are different than regular post office hours) and to verify all the documentation you'll need. And they do photos, I believe.
The deadline was yesterday. Otherwise just putting it in the mailbox before the last pick up time, which is usually around 4pm, on the day of the deadline should work. If you really want to be sure it gets accepted bring it in and wait in line and get one if the postal workers to take it from you.
