Working for Bozeman Lodge has been the most rewarding experience. I came into my role with little experience and have grown so much. Coming to work is like coming home to family. We have wonderful staff and an extremely hardworking management team. This community is beautiful and I feel so lucky to be here.

My mother spent the last six years of her life at Bozeman Lodge, an appealing facility that is clean, well maintained, and has recently undertaken some very nice updates and renovations. While living there, my mother enjoyed the company of friends she made and took part in many of the activities and events put on by the lodge, from bingo and bridge to Wednesday wine and music and weekly field trips. I always appreciated the creativity and effort the staff put into keeping things fun, light, and interesting for the residents. My mother was always treated with respect and dignity and so appreciative of the warm, sincere, helpful, competent staff - dining room, front desk, aids, activities, maintenance, and medical. When my mother became ill and had more needs in her last months, the lodge staff was really there for her. They all knew her by name and were apprised of her condition. After her passing, their condolences were sincere and heartfelt, with many sharing stories that went way back to her early years at the lodge. Bozeman Lodge met our needs at a common but complicated time in the life of a family. We will miss the staff and our regular visits to Bozeman Lodge!

As the Executive Director at Stillwater Hospice, working with Caitlyn, Tina, Kim and Kathy has been wonderful. They truly understand the importance of allowing hospice to come into their community and provide that extra layer of care when people need it most. They believe in collaborating with our team to get their residents and families the best care. It is an honor and privilege to be invited into their community to work with all their staff! Camille was professional and helpful.She provided me with valuable information as I looked for a place for my in-laws. Not only did she give me a great tour of the Lodge but she gave me valuable tips and other senior resources that would be beneficial to them. It's a lovely, well maintained place with caring and accommodating staff.I also like it's quite, residential location which helps it feel like a luxury home with all the amenities. Unfortunately my Mother in-Law passed away suddenly and was never able to move in.
