As you kept my mother "alive" for her 5 month stay, I suppose that your facility must be doing some things right. And although one of my mother's falls resulted in a broken nose, a gash requiring 10 stitches and a hospital stay where she struggled to breathe, and the last incident resulting in facial abrasions occurring the morning I was withdrawing her (and these were not the only "falls" or found on the floor incidents) falls happen yes but UNOBSERVED falls over and over are a problem and as I have learned, a common occurrence at Spring Creek Inn. If you don't know why your memory care residents are falling. Do something. As one of your own aides said to me "this is not fair to your family." Honesty is a good policy in business also. Dementia lives matter. All of them.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Spring Creek in Bozeman. We chose this facility because of the reputation the staff and management have in Bozeman. The staff have shown kindness and respect to us and our father. The staff have respected and supported his transition to the facility, making our father and us feel welcome and supported. Through the process it is apparent our father has benefited from the kindness, nutrition and support while at Spring Creek in Bozeman. These are tough times for all of us. The staff are always there to assist him with our video calls; helping him through the process. To hear his voice and see his smile is wonderful. Knowing staff are always attentive is priceless. when I stop by to drop off things for our father; they are always quick with a comment that is caring and shows compassion. I would recommend to any who needs a facility to care for their love ones to contact Spring Creek in Bozeman.

Placing your loved one in a memory care community is one of the most difficult decisions you'll need to make in your adult life. I used to be frightened of the idea of this happening to our family. Boy was I wrong. Now I cannot imagine not having our Dad in Spring Creek Inn. They are loving, caring, attentive, friendly, great communicators and they truly care for our Dad. Our Dad, like many others felt that this is the last place he would would want to be. However, Spring Creek Inn is quite different from what your mind set is when you think of a care facility. Our Dad is very happy and now I cannot imagine him not being there. We feel that he is loved and cared for by the incredible staff. I see the friendship between him and the staff and love the little updates. I'm no longer worried about our Dad, he is in a loving and carrying hands. I cannot say enough about the staff, especially Jenny. Thanks for everything that you do, you are what makes this place so special.

My brother has been at Spring Creek Inn for several years. At this point I feel like the staff there is family. They are, especially the nurses, very willing to pay special attention to him when needed and to work through any difficulties he may encounter with knowledge and compassion. I especially recommend the fact that they have 24 hour nursing care. They all are a dedicated staff who are bravely and skillfully working in the difficult environment we all are facing.
