Stay away from this place. Rude employees, false advertisement of their touring packages, and unsafe environment. They are cheap for a reason.

"Funky* is the best description and quite comfortable. And, the drivers go out of there way to help, so don't forget to tip them!

If something goes missing or is forgotten on the premises of the hostel, is there an employee who can help me, or will I be treated with contempt and debauchery by the non-bilingual receptionists who work there?

If you are a street wise man maybe stay. Front desk is hit or miss. Usualy some Korean kid gets his stuff stolen. Just sayin. If you want an in the hood experience this is a good place to go.
