It’s a decent place to live and was one of the cheaper places I found in that area when I moved in shortly before they began remodeling, my main concern with this place is that staff has entered my apartment several times with out notifying me. They’re supposed to give 24 hours notice. So on my day off I’m just sitting on my couch drinking coffee at 10 am and some maintence guy comes into my apartment to apparently check my fire alarms. They gave us notice saying they would need to enter To do that weeks earlier. So I emailed them asking the staff to make sure I get accurate notice in the future, especially since it’s happened twice in like 6 months, but they never even responded to me. And that’s not cool. Who wants random people walking into their apartment? But the dog park is pretty cool and there are some nice nature trails behind the complex . They just need to be better about respecting people’s personal space.
