I've got a 45 inch Samsung flatscreen with a black screen so I called A&A to get a idea about how much it would cost me to get it fixed. James advised me that it may be better to buy a new TV because on average TVs lifespan is a few years. I greatly appreciate James's honesty and instead of pumping more cash in this old tv I'll just upgrade to a new TV with a warranty. Thanks James! ✌🏿❤

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service provided by James, the owner of this establishment. I must say that I have never experienced the manner of professionalism James extended towards me. I had a cracked 65 inch SONY tv and was looking for a screen replacement. James went above and beyond his service to provide me with a list of websites showing lists of all available tv parts for Sony including prices of the panels with all model and serial numbers. All I had to do was do a little research myself and provide him with the information on my tv. He responded promptly, with all the information I needed, with the suggested website for a much cheaper price for the panel. Although it was not worth replacing the panel considering the price I would have had to pay for it including shipping costs as we had discussed, he still gave me the option to decide. I was blown away by information he gave me from the best tv brands to the business of tv parts and availability. Not only did he provide me with all these information, he also suggested to me that it would probably cost me more to replace it than to buy a new tv. We had a great conversation on the phone and I felt like we had known each other for a long time. I can go on and on. However, I will recommend James’ services to anyone who is looking to replace a tv screen or anything else. Thank you James again, you are one of a kind.
