Red bearded bald guy had horrible customer service. Very condescending when he was asking for a larger down payment. Then when I explained I can’t put more than 1,000 down because of my financial situation he said, “ope well have a good day.” Instead of offering other assistance or suggestions on how to get approved.

I was lied to by Trent and at the other locations by Brandon and by luke. Yes I was late on my payments but I had made arrangements. They ignored those arrangements and picked up my car and took all of my personal items anyway. They stole my entire set of 10 frisbee discs. And they stole my soft care cushions that help my back problem. If I could give this place zero Stars I would. This sold me a vehicle with a bad battery that cost me my job. While they misdiagnosed it at the chestnut location.
