This hotel is nice very peaceful but the room was very cold, do not supply enough heat it had to get our own blankets for more come so we can hold the heat for this place to run this very high it wouldn't be my first place to visit again and tell you that

Positive: It was in the 20's and they did not have the thoughtfulness to start the heat until we arrived. It never warmed up in the room When sked they would ot come down to be sure the heater was set right, probably because there is no way to get to room without Negative: going outside. the parking lot was frozen - no salt applied.

Positive: I was unable to get the room. The receptionist told me my card wasn't charged. I said ok and the next morning tried to use my card to find out they did in fact charge my card. I called to have the money refunded and they refused. Negative: The receptionist was rude and misleading . Charged me for a room I never even saw.

Heat stopped in the middle of the night I was freezing took me a while to get it to work. Then had trouble a couple hours later called management they wouldn't listen. They put us in the wrong room. Management would not listen at all seemed like they made up excuses. Tried talking to the owner they still wouldn't listen. Pillows where are as rock. They were so cheap they had very old mattress pads. We're so cheap they only put a sheet over the mattress. SUPER CHEAP!!! I would not stay here at all. You may be blamed for breaking something in that you didn't and wasn't working well in the first place.
