Horrible smell throughout the entire building. Front desk was super rude! Rooms could have been more clean. This has been one of the worst hotels we’ve ever been to will not be visiting here again beds were uncomfortable hallways and seating were absolutely filthy. Also arcade room smell like mold not even half of the games worked. Definitely would look somewhere else to stay at besides here !

Had to ask for my room to be cleaned and trash taken out after three days… had ants in the room, had to ask for towels, the pool was colder than Antarctic, the Pepsi machines didn’t work, the front desk staff didn’t want to send someone to pick up my trash or give me towels because housekeeping was gone for the day, the bedsheets had tears and stains in them and the cost was a little high for the kind of service we received. Won’t be staying here again.

Although the hotel may not look like much on the outside and the carpet definitely is old. But the rooms are very very clean! The employees are all very friendly and helpful. Deep and Victor were enthusiastic very kind and caring and very helpful. There is an inside pool and an outside pool. The inside pool is absolutely gorgeous with a game room hot tub workout facilities etc. Most of the rooms have small patios or balconies. Highly recommend!

I asked to switch rooms because it was a handicap room with only a shower and the shower head didn't stay on the holder it hangs on. Two lamps didn't work. We were told no and asked why we waited until 11 to ask. We didn't get there till 10. Also found a bed bug under a pillow in the bed. Very rude staff
