Please avoid this location. HVAC is horrible, No Hot Breakfast and they dont care. Go somewhere else. I Bet that Holiday Inn is better. I just received a reply from the WARSAW Hotel Manager a day later; They said "Had you let the front desk know they would have moved rooms." lol Well I did let the desk know; They said "Well when you leave you your room the AC shuts off" "When you come back it turns on" Well It was 70 degrees when we left and then when we got back it was 80 degrees or over. It took over 2 hours to get it back to comfort levels. And No response from the hotel about the breakfast that was supposed to be a "HOT" Breakfast; but all that was there was only; Yogurt and Fruit. We arrived in the lobby over an hour before breakfast was over. So there is that as well. Find a different hotel if you go to Warsaw IN. I have stayed all over the US and Overseas in the Hilton Brand of hotels; this has been the worst of them all. Yes; even the Cheap TRU by Hiltons.

Very nice hotel. With very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and smell wonderful. Has a hot tub which we find is rare anymore. Nice after a long day of playing ball. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The gentleman keeping it stocjed was so nice and went out of his way to make sure everyone had just what they needed. Last year we stayed across the street and that felt like staying on the set of the Shining. This was a wonderful change. Highly recommend!

Basic Hotel with standard rooms. The gym is in need of some new equipment. The bike is squeaking and the treadmill had seen better days. There are no floor mats available..Digital room keys are not available-You will still need a regular key card.

It was a nice hotel but we called ahead specifically to see if hot tub was working. We were told it was and it was so cold. I understand these things happen but we stayed there during my daughter’s spring break from college. It would have been nice if the hot tub was working when we got there or they would have told us so we could stay somewhere else. Thank you
