Monday through friday 6a-6p. Saturday 6a-2p. Anytime after that go to ER entrance and say you're there for outpatient labs.

Talk to your rep with Lincoln Financial. They are at most facilities on a monthly basis. HR can assist in setting up an appointment. Emails are sent out monthly with Lincoln reps schedule at all locations and easy to follow directions on how to set up an appointment.
You have to call information and asked for the name of the patient that you need to get hold of and they will put you through to them for you
Yes, the person will need to go or be taken to the ER and there will be a special area where they will do a psychological evaluation. Good luck hope this helps

5th floor (east and west) is Vibra hospital, which is a separate entity of Parkview Health Systems. 5th floor south is continuing care, which is owned and operated by Parkview. Hope this helps.
