Lovely church. Small groups are fun and welcoming. Good sermons. Well kept and clean building. There is also a daycare/babysitting type service for those who want their kids to be occupied during the sermons. Their kids will learn about the Bible through this service at a level they can understand. There are elevators and wheelchair accessible parking. The bathrooms are always clean and have TVs that can be heard so you don't miss a part of the sermon when nature calls.

I really enjoyed the service, it's a big church with a full band and choir. They also have a large screen to accommodate people who need a little help viewing the stage and it's captioned for the hearing impaired. They also provide "golf cart" services to take you to and from your parking spot. The people are friendly and the pastor is a great orator.

This “church” is Baptist in name only. The “sermon” was extremely man-centered. The best way I can describe it is if you were to mix A Purpose Driven Life with Your Best Life Now. This was as man-centered as any Joel Osteen message I’ve heard. Not only that, the preacher couldn’t properly exegete the two and 1/8th verses he did use, and he blatantly used a verse out of context to make it fit his narrative. This was just awful. My 12 year old son even noticed and said to us that the preacher wasn’t talking about Jesus. My entire family was extremely disappointed by this “Baptist” church. If you are looking for a Bible teaching church, stay as far away from Florence Baptist as possible. Very sad. I pray that this organization will turn to God and to His scriptures and realize their errors, repent and change their ways.
