Wendy's

Took 20+ minutes to get 2 meals from the drive thu ( there was no line ) food was cold, forgot an item, gave us two wrong sandwiches & used the wrong bun on one of the sandwiches. The fries were good but that doesn't fix everything else. Only time I've ever had a bad experience at a Wendy's, don't go here, spend the 10 minutes you'd be in the drive thru going to a different Wendy's.

I went there today, the food was fine, the cookies, not so much. They were hard as a rock, and the chocolate chip cookies was so old it was beige not brown. That’s sad.

This Wendy's has got to be the worst Wendy's in the entire company. I've lived in the area for around 10 years and have never had a positive experience here. Somehow they always manage to hire the rudest staff, and you always are waiting at least 15 minutes even when you're the only one in line. I learned very quickly to travel the extra ten minutes to a different location because it usually still saves you time and you aren't talked down to by whatever undertrained employees they have working there that week. Seriously, don't go here. You'll regret it.

Extremely slow service every time I go here with no other customer in line. Bacon was hard as a rock. Didn’t give straws for drink spoon for frosty sauce for nuggets. Gave them a coupon for a free frosty they said I was good but still charged me for it. This place sucks.
