They have good prices good service and good coupons. I would like to see more in store coupons more often but I'm not an online fan in this area of shopping And no changes

So, openly telling the store that you that your wife purchased 3 laser discs thinking they are records (laser discs are displayed with records) and you have lost the receipt. The employees can pull up when it was purchased and where. They say that they can't give store credit. Mind you I was there to purchase more items with my whole family and still spent 85.00. Advised to trade in. So I walk back and do the trade evaluation. Here comes the shocker. Cost at purchase $25.00 plus taxes. Trade in......1.00 Thanks but no thanks. I may give the other stores....Kenwood/ Hamilton a chance. Do better half price... easy fix so it doesn't happen. Move the 15 laser discs to the cabinet with anything else.

Extremely high prices on 10+ year old dvds and video games. Even worse they have no customer discounts.

What HPB pays is a mystery as I’ve received both, IMO, great offers and also really low offers. They will take magazines. How it works is you take your items to them and they make an offer which you either accept or reject. If you reject, you take all your stuff back. They don’t negotiate abs you don’t know what they actually will keep to sell out of what you submit. So, it can be kind of hit or miss.
I would call one of the stores. They can look it up across the whole system
You can call any store and ask them, if they don't have it stock, they will ship it in from any store that had it for free
