I had turf care pick my mower up 4 months ago I had to call them6 weeks later to find out what was wrong.they said it would be 1200.00 to fix it.I said no just bring it back here it is 5 months later and several phone calls and have heard nothing.I even talked to one of there mowing crews and he said he would have them call me still no call.I am about ready to file a police report.for a stolen mower .Now I do not write a bad review because everyone deserves a chance to make things right.But in there case I am starting to think they used my mower for parts.It is a shame I have bought parts from them and really liked them.My advice at this point is do not trust them.

Horrible service and totally unprofessional, read the signs posted as soon as you walk in the door. In response to the owners response of my review maybe you should get your facts straight, when I first came into your shop I was looking for a bowl seal and a air filter for a mower we purchased from you, I Provided the employee the model number and the serial number and she gave me the parts. I paid cash and received no receipt. I tried to install the parts and the seal was too small, I returned the part and a different employee told me it was the wrong part and he would order it. I returned 6 days later and the guy who said he would order it looked all over for it then asked for my model and Serial number I showed him the same one I had produced originally. He looked all over again and when I tried to explain I lived right next door and was caretaker for my 95 year old mother who has Alzheimers he said he didn't care about my mother, I spent about a half hour there, got no part and no money back, thankfully my mother didn't fall while I was dealing with your poor service.

I have spoken to someone twice when they were completing lawn service to my neighbors house. Both times was promised a phone call. Called 4 times and spoke to a female twice (same female both times) was promised a phone call back immediately (today being the last time I spoke with her) and have yet to get a reply. If your company does not want to take on another house, if they’re too busy, or for whatever reason as a professional business you should have the decency to at least return a phone call. They can offer the cheapest price and I still would not choose them because of their lack of professionalism. If you can’t even be bothered to return a phone call to somebody what kind of services do you offer on a regular basis?

We have taken both our lawnmower and snow blower here and they have done an awesome job at a very reasonable price. The service has been very quick job too.

Thank you for reaching out. Blade sharpening is $7.00. A Tune-Up for a push mower will run you approximately $80 (tune-up with parts). Our turnaround time today, 4/9/19 is approximately two weeks.
