Ordered thru app for inside pick up because Something is always missing and I wanted to be able check my order. Went to main door which was locked with a sign that said online orders only use drive thru door. Drove around to that door to find it locked too with no sign. Luckily no cars when waiting in the drive thru. I told the speaker that I had an online order for inside pick up. Pulled up to window and waited for order to be made cuz it wasnt ready. I ordered to have order ready when I arrived. Why else does it ask you a time for pick up? I'm so done with fast food places being closed inside. It's summer and covid restrictions have been long lifted.

Park, get out of car, go to open door, its locked, 4pm hour afternoon, popped something in my wrist. So I sit in drive thru 20 mins, get to speaker, "Sir you gonna have to come in for that order". I said the door is locked, she said not on the drive thru side. If there had been a "door locked, use drive thru side" sign in the main door, I wouldn't have hurt my wrist nor have wasted all that time in drive thru. Some of these stores are using the can't get employee thing to save money and not open these lobbys.

The drive threw is very slow and the staff is not friendly. Popeyes offers military discount but the manager said we can't get it if "we order the chicken sandwich" which we did. Personally I have never heard of that.. We weren't upset we didn't get the discount just confused. I just think the manager needs to learn how to be respectful and be educated on her job.

Cole slaw was slimy, never had Cole slaw like that at KFC. Also, ordered the shrimp tackle box and asked the delivery person if she put cocktail sauce in the bag which she said she did. When I got home what I had was tartar sauce and not cocktail sauce. Everybody that has a brain knows that "cocktail sauce" goes with shrimp and "tartar sauce goes with fish. Very disappointed in the level of service I received. Won't go back here.

I never had a problem with Popeyes but we always order butterfly shrimp meal.
10 it is, but get there when they open. The chicken is fresher!
