They lost three pairs of my pants that they neglected to place on my ticket. When I called back, they took my info but no one ever called returned my call. I went into the cleaners today and the owner Mike and an associate were at the counter. I explained to him what had occurred and his only explanation was, I’m sorry. He stated that since the pants weren’t on the ticket there was no way of them checking to see if they could find them. A very lame excuse. I advise that if you go, take pictures and check your ticket carefully. I had NEVER had an issue with them until this. I even referred several of my friends to them. May the force be with them if they continue business with them, I will not!
