I've never had any issues here. My counselor is great and understanding! She provides a great and helpful group! As long as you are respectful and follow the rules, you really shouldn't have any problems at this program. . I've been here for almost 3 years and have had sustained abstinence the whole time! So grateful for this place for helping me save myself!

I used to be a patient of Matt Lanzoni, i remember the hospital and thank you to all the staf and Matt is a great person. unfotunatley i am in italy and i am currently in a methadone program in italy, as an ex patient would it be easier to get back on your program

Pathways "Inconstant" - Rochester No Patient Rights posted as you walk in....to be a patient would mean medical staff and counselors would have to have empathy and caring. Bring bagels and coffee and you are in with the staff.....they even give you a job to go out on the street and promote the clinic (a.k.a. Outreach Coordinator). Inconsistent Policies and Procedures. Some days you can show up at your assigned time and then get kicked out, yelled and harassed at for being two minutes early but again, if you are in with the counselors, show up at any time (because P&P and rules only apply to whom they don't like) and they will even open the door early for you, have you sit down, and go right in front of all those that follow the rules. The place only works when Patrick is there!
