Very disappointed… I have the feeling of being taken advantage of. This is the third time I ask to use L and S Appliance services and for the most part I was thinking I was bringing them good business and they did pretty good work however they played with my lack of knowledge on an appliance this time around. I had an older model whirlpool refrigerator that stop cooling and I have no experience when it comes to troubleshooting a refrigerator. When they came to see what was wrong with it, they just unplugged and plugged the appliance back in the outlet and what do you know the fridge started working again. They did some quick troubleshooting and indicated it was the thermostat, so they recommend replacing it for around $250. They failed to inform me that since the condenser coils have not been cleaned for as long as I lived in my condo (as I indicated) that the first thing I should do is clean the coils completely. They charged me $250 for a part that cost around $10. I even tipped them because they made me feel guilty that they had to go out of there way to service my fridge. They also replaced a different part when it was working perfectly fine and charged me an additional $40 and the part they replaced looked used which cost less than $6.00 on amazon. WIth that being said my fridge went out again. I got a 2nd technician from a different company to take a look. They said I got rip off and the only thing that needed to be done was clean my coils. Very disappointed and I will never use them again. I will make sure my friends, family, other consumers along with my NEIGHBORs know not to support their business. They took advantage of a retired combat veteran that had no knowledge about refrigerators. Disgusting!

Very friendly husband & wife team. They fixed my washing machine quickly and went above and beyond to explain what was wrong.Washing machine has been working a lot better. I will definitely call them for future problems with other appliances. If I could I give them more than 5 stars. Thanks again
