First of all,the outside was disgusting,that should have been the first red flag,we walked in,it smelled like wet dog,which it's a pet friendly hotel. To get to our first room after being created by rude employees, and it was upstairs which we were told it was on the first floor my husband's handicapped, in the room was being painted, second room had hair on the floor in the bathroom, tub was black and disgusting shower curtain was moldy. The manager was nice and gave us a refund and we went and stayed at the Hilton much better experience.

We stayed here during a stressful time when my dad was at Dartmouth-Hitchcock but I'm really looking forward to going back for pleasure. The building is beautiful and the staff could not be more accommodating even with our uncertain check out. It was clean and quiet and close to whatever you need.

This is a cool little place. Not your cookie cutter hotel. You can tell it expanded over many years. Still fresh and inviting. Very clean and well kept.

Last minute stop to see if a room was available and Kristina went out of her way to accomadate us for the night. Cant thank her enough. This is why we enjoy staying there and will be back. Customer service at its best.
