Crazy busy due to a significant power outage in the area so they definitely get a pass for that but stone cold fries, two thirds filled root beer (that wasn't a root beer), and the close to ten minute wait at the window after the forty minute wait in line was a lot but that's not even the worst of it. Normally, if I don't have something good to say I don't even say it but you definitely need to do better. Not to say that I will never be back but more than likely it will be a long time before I visit this particular store again. Sorry.

Stopped for breakfast. Inside was open, bright and clean! People were fast and friendly. Even brought us our food!

Used the selfserve kiosk to order. It worked well. McDonald's seems to have a well thought out interface for their kiosk. I have used others at different dining establishments and had a harder time getting special instructions into the system. The staff was polite. Food was fine. The usual for McD's. Nothing special. Prices have gone up quite a bit, but then that is happening everywhere these days. Convenient location. Will likely be back.

The location in Dover was absolutely miserable. There was only two people in line when I got there yet it still took 13 minutes to get some mcdoubles. I know it only takes 55 seconds to cook the patties so I'm very lost on why everything took so long. Then I asked about the quality and an employee tried to lie to me about their requirements not knowing that I spent several years working for McDonald's.
