Honestly the best Starbucks. I ordered a tea and honey packets fully expecting to have to put the honey in myself and the wonderful baristas had already put the honey in! I know it's small, but y'all made my day!

A gazillion people working and no bold coffee 9:00 a.m. The manager put a new person on register. Deliah flitters around being in the way. One register open and Deliah is playing with cups. Deliah was supposed to be getting my simple coffee order but she still playing with cups. Once I asked for a refund, then the "manager" ( do better) decided to get my simple coffee order. I leave, Deliah still playing with cups. Coffee good. Service needs improvement.

Ordered online and got there 5 mins earlier than pick up time and yet I still sat in the curbside spot for 30+ minutes waiting for one drink. It’s supposed to be fast and even when busy I understand a wait but gosh they suck. I couldn’t even get a refund on the order that i never got.
