They are very matter of fact when you order not super polite seems like they aren't interested in listening to what you want usually ask a couple of times to repeat your order

The pop machine had no ice, the restaurant was really cold and my chili was definitely NOT hot more like luck warm as was my chicken BLT. Restaurant was clean.

I get good service at the Wendy’s in dover. This am I ordered sausage gravy for the first time it really is not good. They take a peppered gravy and cut up sausage patty into it. That is not sausage gravy. Get with your distributor or go to gfs and buy a can of sausage gravy or teach someone to make it properly. I will never order it again. But the four stars is for service not food today

Stopped to get chilli at 5 pm they told me they didn't have any and were not making any more until the next day ! OMG people this is a place that is known for its chilli and I get told they aren't making any more 🤨
