Horrible customer service. Moved into a new home and was going to use their services since the tanks at the house were Kamps. Got hung up on three times and on the fourth call I told them they need to remove the tanks because I will not be using their services.

They left me without gas. Called several time and told me I was on there list to fill up. Months and never showed up. Used up gas all the way to empty had to call another company to exchange services. Put there tank in the street. They wouldn’t pick it up till I told them if they don’t pick it up that day I’d put it on my car trailer and take it to my welder to make a BBQ pit out of it. It was gone that night. Never again. I’d rather pay more and get good service even with these prices the deal with these people. Do us all a favor close down.

I couldn’t believe the type of service I received. I was on a route with the company and was told that I wouldn’t go below 30% and two weeks later still no propane. As my neighbors from other propane companies where getting propane I sat empty as my family froze. With 4 little kids telling me they are cold with no way to warm them made me feel great. Even with our propane generator we couldn’t even use gas after it ran out. So needless to say I would never recommend a company that makes families freeze….
