Nothing Bundt Cakes

TERRIBLE customer service!!!! Running a few minutes late to pick up our cake because of my daughters soccer game. I would have been there in 15 minutes but they were closing in 8 minutes and told me they would not give my cake to anybody else (I asked it they would give it to one of the stores that would be still open around them) and they would not wait for me to get there. Then they would not provide me a refund. I definitely would have been there before the last person left the store. Also, when I ordered the cake they did Not tell me what time they close nor did they tell me they do not refund your credit card. So disappointed.

On 4/14/22 1 ordered a dozen of the mini nothing bunt cakes for Easter by phone to be picked up on Sat. 4/16/22 at Noon. Laurie S. took my order I ordered 6 Chocolate & 6 Vanilla with the Easter picks. When I picked up my order the Easter picks were not included. I told the young lady that brought my order out from the back that the picks were missing she bluntly told me I didn't order. Yes they were not on my receipt they handed me. I told them that I had requested them when I placed my oder with Laurie S. The answered "no you didn't". I asked to purchase the picks, which they sold me a pkg. I asked if my cakes could be repackaged with the picks in the cake, as these were a gift. The young lady at the register, yes, in not a friendly voice. She took the cakes to the back. She returned to the registered. A moment later the young lady that brought my order out the first time, came out with cakes not repackaged & again told me I didn't order the picks. I asked to speak to the manager. She came over to me & asked to see the stores receipt, & again said "no you didn't order the picks". No one would acknowledge that Laurie S.,who taken my oder had not included the picks in my order. The manager also said she couldn't repackage my order to include the picks as she was out of that size box. (?) Needless to say I was disappointed not to get what I ordered. As well as the staff being rude. Will have to think twice about showing at the store on Midrivers again. Also not sure I will recommend this store. Thank you, Martha H.
