I hate this Racetrac!!!! Every time I go there the doors are always locked. It’s only 9pm!!!!

Went there Friday around 530am -6am , no food in the food bin(biscuits, croissant, etc) no pizza either. Went there the following Saturday and Sunday around the same time , they were closed. Big disappointment. I guess they have a staff shortage or the workers are coming in late.

Just to let everyone else know, ever since Hurricane Ida, this location and the one down the road near Causeway are no longer 24 hours. It's due to the fact that there are not enough employees to keep the stores running efficiently and for that reason, they have to close the stores before midnight and open at 6 in the morning.

This used to be my go-to place for gas and I had it rated 5 stars for years. But for the last several months or longer (this was written on 7/13/2022), more than half of their gas pumps are out of service resulting in obscenely long wait lines. And it doesn't make sense that their gas pumps are out of service due to lack of employees because gas pumps haven't been "open" (meaning one can get gas without first paying with a debit or credit card at the pump or paying inside first) in well over a decade, if not much longer. So the only conclusion that I can draw is that the gas pumps are broken and they refuse/are too cheap to fix them. Also, with so many pumps closed and the insanely amount of cars waiting and trying to find an open gas pump, it's virtually impossible to park close enough to the air pump to be able to use it. And the few open pumps are ALWAYS either out of receipt paper or their receipt printers are broken. However, this has persisted long, long before they started closing over half the pumps and used to just be a minor inconvenience. Now with so many pumps closed and inoperable, it's just another negative thing about what used to be a great station. And if you have a shortage of employees, the solution is simple -- PAY A FAIR AND LIVABLE WAGE -- and there won't be any shortage of qualified employees who actually know what they are doing -- instead of rude, unknowledgeable, and overworked employees. But if you are too cheap to even fix the broken pumps, I very highly doubt that happening. And they are definitely NOT open 24/7 as advertised.

No, but they take GasBuddy and all major credit cards (if you can find a working pump)
I am not a employee and have never noticed. Sorry I couldn't be of any help.
