If I could give this place a -5, I would. Kays lost my engagement ring while they had it for repair. They waited 7 weeks to tell me (after we called multiple times about where it was and why it was taking so long). I told Don, the manager that we would rather our money back instead of a replacement ring because we want to go to our local jeweler instead. The manager, Don, was extremely rude. He laughed and said "this is how it works, you don't get your money back." KAYS LOST MY RING AND I CANT GET A REFUND???? Been fighting with customer service for a week now. They are telling me it's not a big deal, they don't see what the issue is. The issue is your company lost an extremely sentimental ring that I was supposed to have forever and now I won't. DO NOT GO TO KAYS, especially if you value your jewelry. Shop locally.

Been shopping here for years. This is the only spot I come to purchase jewelry. Very convenient location but sometimes parking can be challenging. The staff is always courteous, friendly and no pressure sales. Very up to date tracking via emails on purchases, repairs and delivery. My only negative is the credit card bill.

Kay's is my only jewelry store. I know upon walking in the staff is always eager to address whatever may needs may be that day. Whether I'm there to make a new purchase, have my jewelry cleaned and inspected, or I want to just brows the staff is always very attentive.
