Bad, bad, bad. I always have a bad experience with Costco Tire Center. I don't know why I come back. Everything is bad here. There are not enough workers. Too bad customer service and workers and they're not nice at all and arrogant, when you ask them about things they don't like to answer, and very slow. With your appointment you have to wait at least 4 hours and maybe they will tell you come tomorrow

This Costco Tire Center never fails to disappoint. Wait times here are usually 3-4 hours even with appointments. Most recently, it took them 4 hours to let me know they cannot fix my flat tire and don’t have any replacement tires in stock.

Tire department has the Worst service. No tires in stock takes forever to get service. They don’t answer the phone.

The waiting time was too long, I had to wait for three hours for the tire repair, mainly after the tire was repaired, I waited for another half an hour to drive the car out
