The stop in Eureka doesn't even have a sign. I just had the Google address, which took me to a parking lot with a closed business building at the back. No sign by the street. Thankfully 3 other people with luggage were standing on the sidewalk and said they were also waiting for the greyhound. So I just waited for the bus to show up. At least it was on time.

You check in with the bus driver by showing your e-ticket on your cell phone screen, or a print out of your ticket from your computer. The only place you can buy a ticket is Oakland. Although maybe at the new facility in San Francisco, just don't count on it.
No there is no terminal it's just a pick up spot no indoor facility
